Radostin Stoychev - the best volleyball coach in the world award 2012

Formal national volleyball coach Radostin Stoychev was chosen by popular vote as the best volleyball coach in the world for 2012. The poll was done by leading website volleyball.it.

The coach of club team Trento won 68% of the votes. Alberto Giuliani coach of Macerata came second with 32%. The Bulgarian won the prestigious Golden globe award for volleyball.

Bulgarian volleyball stars Matei Kaziyski and Tsvetan Sokolov are competing for the prize for best player in the world. And again more than 100 journalists from all over the world will participate in the voting.

Did Stoychev ever play on the Bulgarian NT?

I think Stoytchev was N1 in 2010 and in 2011, but not 2012

I agree that Stoytchev is a very good coach and deserves recognition but Alekno won in 2012 Champions League and Gold Medal on Olympic Games, so he should have won the award.
