World League 2014 (Group 2, Highlights)

Guys of Jon Uriarte played great volleyball. Australia beat France 3:2 (25:20, 22:25, 25:22, 23:25, 16:14) in an amazing match to win the World League Group 2 Final Four and book their ticket to the Final 6 in Florence. Australia last played World League in 1999, where they didn't win a match. France dominated Group D, losing only three games. On the press conference, Australian coach Jon Uriarte said: "I couldn't say two or three months ago that we were going to do something like this, but on the other hand I've got a big belief about the way we work. For 14 years we have been playing away, and finally at home we got a chance to show people how spectacular our sport is". Belgium finished on the 3rd position. They won with the Netherlands in three sets (25:17, 25:22, 25:21).
