Matteo Martino in season 2012/13

Martino was in Italy NT in Bejing, but i don't think we will see him again with the Azzuri jersey on since Berruto is the current head coach and when he trained Macerata (and Matteo was a Lube's player) they had many bad fights (and that's one f the reason why he left the club). There was a moment, let's say 5 or 6 years ago when he seemed he might be Italy Nt new star ... but he's too distracted from other things and spoiled it all! @Overlook, amica mia, already told you "be patient with him"...i explained you why ;)

So far his game's rather disappointing, especially in offensive elements. If he wants help the team the play off is high time for it.

I have only watched a few italy matches, I thought he might have been one of the bench players

quality is very low wilfredo i think you watched italy matches and you noticed he isnst there. after this season it will be hard to him to come back to nt because italy has fantastic receivers and maybe also Juantorena will play in nt
