@Dorien game could be opened for any tournament, but only reliable users can open it (by reliable user I mean someone who created a game before). If you want to manage some game I can create it for you and make you an admin of that game (because I trust you).

Done deals - Verified = Someone specified that transfer is done deal and administrator verified that information

@sitenoise from the technical point of view it is a microblog. I am aware that a lot of users may not understand what a microblog is, but I'm still not sure that "chat" is what I'm looking for. I was thinking also about inventing some new volleyball-specific word for that feature, something like "Volleyblog", "Microvolley", "Volleyroom".
