League here in Argentina there are great blockers, such as junior in the last 3 seasons always ends in the top two blockers, with a coeficiciente 0.63 per set.

I want to add that there is no conspiracy and I didn't hide good blocks from these matches. I was just lazy and put the pre-made collection of blocks into the program without searching for other more recent material (I could have added Hubner and Muserskiy blocks after quick search now looking my videos). I wrote that it is not representative for all good blockers, but I think the video illustrates the blocking skills very well with broad spectrum of techniques and different situations during game. I called it "blocking skills".

Every block in this video is masterpiece, no matter of which team is and a lot can be learned only by watching it

The hottest play in the game of volleyball imho. It often has bad consequences in opponents' team playing attitude. A good stuff block in the right moment woths much than several spike points.
