@johnson123: In Asian clubs foreign players are used to get many balls to attack, sometimes about 60-70 , all depends on match length. Is Kubiak a player who gets every match biggest amount of spikes? No. He can help team a lot, but not only in game, also in mental side. I think, that he knows, what is waiting for him in Japan and I don't think so, that he'll choose that direction.
