Berny yes, but it is good if attacker has good block etc. And some MBs has better attack than block and they are important for their teams too.

One of the Russian teams offered (if I good remember) about 10mln zlotys for Kazyiski for 2 or 3 seasons. Probably Zenit or Dynamo. It is almos budget of skra or sovia or zaksa ?

It is hard to say definately. Some teams base on powerful attack, almost without defence like Cuba or Trento (but I must say - Gutierrez are better in defence every year) and some teams base on defence, for example asian teams, Argentina, France.
But I think that is easier to build team based on attack than defence. Defence teams have to have geat defence and technic skills. Offence teams have to have... strong attack. Look at TNT - they have medium libero, medium setter and great wing spikers. It is enough to be the best club in volleyball. Cuba has better setter and powerful wingspikers, and they are 2nd team all over the world now (World Champs.)
But now I will say nothing new - The best way to build great team is... combine great attack and great defence ?
