i think giba is an awesome player cause is "complete" he can eyerthing and he plays with brain.
hight and strength arent the only two aspects for a good wing-spiker!

Giba is almost perfect at defense and reception, he's not an awesome spiker with unbelievable spike reach. There's also a one fact you're all missing. If you guys play volleyball you should know that even if you spike at 3,25 (during a match) usually none blocks higher (even if his listed block is 340), just to let you know if you spike at 350 your whole hand is over the heigth of a net antenna. And about the movie you guys linked: this spike is nothing special, not sure if it was at the same height of the top of the antenna (and it's 243-245cm 80) of course its hard to estimate coz this camera angle isn't good. So guy's even if you love Giba don't make him look like a super hero, he can't be the best at everything trust me ?

Giba is one of the best players in the world - but only in national team. I club he's just a very good, and very experienced player. But nothing more. AZS - a skąd wiesz, sam Giba ci to powiedział? Jakie masz dowody? Bo gdzieś coś wyczytałeś? Pamietaj też o tym, że ten "ćpun" był kiedyś chory na białaczke, i podziwiam go za to, że mimo choroby osiągnął tak wiele. A że w klubie jest o wiele mniej wartościowy niż w reprezentacji - cóż, tak to już czasem jest. Zdarza sie, że bywa odwroteni. Aha - jeszcze jedna rzecz, któej nie lubie - nie wiem czy specjalnie, czy po prostu chce być miły, wychodzi z niego straszny lizus.

You are correct Brazilian guy ... some players can jump and reach a ball at 3.70 or 3.80m from the ground, but most of them have not brain to use. So doesn't matter if they jump high. When they reach TOP of the world they do not know what to do with the Mikasa (or similar ball). Most important is play well and win, if possible. I believe Giba do that very well.
