One of the best wide receivers in Poland, an example of the player who had stepped on the right path as a youngster and became better and better every year. Bednorz moved to central Poland to become the graduate of the famous volleyball
school in Spala. He moved to Skra from Olsztyn and in Bełchatów won his first medal of the senior Championship, contributing to the silver one in 2017. Bednorz started 2017/18 season with great performance in the Polish Supercup, which allowed him to grab MVP title of this prestigous match.

Facundo Conte came back to Poland with his team Shanghai Golden Age to compete in Club World Championship 2017. He didn't play much and his team didnt't get to Final Four, but he played really good. It was a huge pleasure for Polish fans to see him again in Atlas Arena, as he was playing there his best matches in Skra Bełchatów shirt.

Rising star of Dutch volleyball: Ramon Martinez Gion in match PAOK Thessaloniki against VaLePa Sastamala. The match lasted almost 3 hours with 242 rallies needed to determine the eventual winners. It was a great fight between two outside hitters with Urpo Sivula scoring 28 times for home team and Ramon Martinez Gion scored 31 points for Thessaloniki.
