Kędzierzyn-Koźle qualified for the Play-offs 1/12 of Europe's most elitist competition. The first set was extremely tight but finally the hosts with Tours won 25:23. However, the remainder of the match was fully controlled by Polish team. Yuriy Gladyr was MVP of the match with 59% of efficiency in attack (10 spikes, 2 blocks and 4 aces).
