thanks for support. I have to correct you only in one thing. SOPKO played veeery good (too bad for one pipe), he played on court for Divis terrible game. Yeah Divis plays sorry PLAYED very stable in JW. But it doesnt matter. I have to stop with stupid excuses ? now focus on WC and on top volleyball.

Spain - unbelievable defense. OMG!!! We just only dream about it.

First set we loss, thats ok, no excuse for us.
Second set we won clearly, 3rd set we loss in the end only for 1 point, but we were unstopable, but Sopko gave pipe and blocked. SO we loss 3rd set. 4th set was ours and it was obvious in every move. I was in 5th set quite emotional down, I stopped counting until 13:11 for Slovakia, yeah, we went to serve and to the net, then became spanish turnover and we loss I dont know 18:16? Its a shame and honestly I am very sad, because our team is different from other teams in our volleyball era. Like with Canada in the world league qualification, but its history. We have still teoretic chance=Russia, Poland and Italy have to join to OH and then we join in Bulgaria from the second place. Still little chance, I hope for that, I always hope to the end and fight. Still very impressed :'(
I blamed Chrtiansky turns: substitution Chrtiansky jr. for Divis (Chrt. plays excellent, Divis played crap), and when team needed timeout, he didnt take it.
Zanini was better than him in some ways, but Zanini is no more in our NT, and Kravarik? hm. Our federation was pissed off, because he went out to Greek and now he hasnt money, so he is pushing to NT to Assisent? Quite stupid. But now from me is spoken anger and tears, so sorry about that. Now is turn for Poland, Italy and Russia. So maybe God wil lhelp us!!!

Fenomeno ofcourse in the age of 15? Jeees, I had 190cm and 59kg, but man if I advise you, dont loose weight with less eating, you could more running or do jump exercises and I want to warn you, that with a lot of bodybuilding at the earlier age you could stop your growth so please be careful.

I know, that some videos on youtube are quite overreacted. I dont want to say, this guy is bad, ofcourse he gave perfect info and examples, but to our young Wilfredo from USA is better, if he learns, that he has to do exercises dressed and not naked ?))

Height is not everything in volleyball. You need height only like MB, quick jumps for middle and delayed jumps to sites, but setter dont need to be heigh, spiker too. At least opposite could be at least 200cm. Women have one advantage - sense. And lower net :-) so dont give up women volleyballers ?

why he has to naked chest, when he gives info about vertical? :-D
Its not recommended doing exercies without clothes. You have to keep your body warm and clothes do that mainly your upper parts.

His real nickname is Benco (surname Bencz) ? everybody called him Benco in Slovakia including Zanini, but Milano is cute. I remember, when he graduated he had no contract few months. He was so desperate. And where he is now ? A1. Dream of every volleyball player. We have got also in SERIE A2 one rising star I hope very soon in our NT. His name is Milan Lízala plays in Santa Croce. He is only 20.

But in USA you have volleyball on every university or college am I right? E.g. in Slovakia there are maybe 5 universities, which have their own clubs, but playing only low level competition like University league (playing amateurs most). Only 2 universities play the highest competition. Slovakia has 5 mil. citizens, so compare with US.

Many of you have spike reach over 340cm in 17 years. I think its perfect, when I was 17, I had reach spike 317cm. So I see progress ?
