Canada was a step away from another important win over Bulgaria… But, this time Vladimir Nikolov and Todor Alexiev managed to stop red and whites. Bulgaria defeated Canada after a big comeback - from 0:2 to 3:2. That was the first win for the team led by Plamen Konstantinov in this edition of the World League, while it was also the very first loss for Canada after three consecutive victories. Vladimir Nikolov and Todor Alexiev had a great game, and they scored 25 points each!
