Trentino Volley - Skra Bełchatów

Jacek Nawrocki (coach of Skra) said: "It was our worst match. The tournament was very long and it was difficult to stay focused throughout. The Italians played very well at all positions. Technically, Trentino displayed a far superior game. We just could not do anything to stop them." Skra Bełchatów becomes the first Polish club to be in the podium of the prestigious championship that returned back to action after 17 years gaining the silver Medals. Radostin Stoytchev on the press conference said:
"I’d expected the match to last longer. We had studied the video footage of Bełchatów and prepared our game plan to neutralize Kurek and Antiga. After the first set, we gained total control of the match and easily clinched the title."
Matey Kaziyski said: “It was a very important tournament for us and we were very keen to emerge as champions here. This is my third year with the team and we have won three major titles".
