Netherlands - Portugal (SET5)

5th set of match between Netherlands and Portugal in World League 2013 Intercontinental round. Especially the tie-break was exciting. In the decisive set, the teams scored alternately up to (6:6). With the skill of team captain Rauwerdink, the hosts managed to create advantage of three points (9:6). Portugal evened the score again at (10:10), taking over the lead after a block of Alex and Marcel Keller. The Netherlands levelled again at (13:13), after which Portugal created its first match point which was cashed immediately. Alexandre Ferreira and Valdir Sequeira played nice game. Ferreira scored 17 points in attack, he scored 2 aces and he made 5 blocks. The best player of Netherland's team was Jeroen Rauwerdink with 23 points. On Sunday, Portugal and the Netherlands face off again for their last World League match at "Omnisport Arena" in Apeldoorn. The winner of the group will advance to the FIVB World League Finals.
